Our mission and goal is to address the needs of youth between the ages of 13 and 19 to assist them in adapting and adjusting to the majority of our culture. We identify our youth as individuals who have difficulty adjusting in the school and home environment.
Our desire is to equip and train these youth to make normal adjustments in society and to be productive citizens. We propose to accomplish these goals through the process of teaching the importance of leadership skills, self-determination, discipline, and order.
We understand that there approximately 74.2 million people under 18 years of age in the United States. That’s 24% of the total population.
With these numbers in mind, we understand that it is literally impossible le for this body to reach all of them. However, through the process of everyone touching one we believe that the majority of these youth can become productive citizens.
We propose to accomplish this vision through fund raising, donations and conducting workshops and seminars open to the public.

James E. Timmons is a 22-year veteran of the US Air Force. He has served as Co-Pastor and Co-Founder, of Impact International Ministries in Queens, NY from 2000 to 2005. Throughout his ministry James has focused on Teenagers and Men. Conducting workshops and conference focusing on helping young and old men identify their strengths and how they might flow in them. Helping men identify the attacks of the world and how to overcome them.
Currently James serves as Co-Founder of Impact Image Changers, whose vision is to address the needs of young people between the ages of 13 and 18 to assist them in adapting and adjusting to the majority of our culture, through education and leadership training. These youth are identified as individuals who have or have had difficulty adjusting in school and the home environment. Our desire is to equip and train these young boys and girls to make normal adjustments in society to become productive citizens. We propose to accomplish these goals through the process of teaching the importance of leadership skills, self-determination, discipline, and order.
We believe that through the process of everyone touching someone the majority of these youth will become productive citizens. Through Impact Image Changers we will be able to serve men of all ages, to empower and inform them of God’s purpose in their lives.
